So my wife went abroad for work, but before she went, we talk about how I would pass the time without being too sad.
We have gone camping a lot, but then we figured for a solo trip, a hammock would be the way to go.
So we found a cheap one online ordered a tarp as well, saw a bunch of youtube videos, and I was off.

I and our small dog fell absolutely in love with it. We live near the woods so I would go in the weekdays when I had to work late and just come out in the forest in the evening, set up the hammock and the tarp, watch the sunset down by the beach, and the go-to-sleep, so there is no big-time consumption needed. I just fit it in when I can.
My dog loves it, lying on top of me and just looking out from the within the hammock. With a hammock, you are allowed, in our country to sleep in every state-owned forest, so there are so much more options then tents, that is only allowed I certain forests.
When my wife came home, I instantly bought her one as well. We are going camping tonight đŸ˜€

Great and have hammocked out in a campsite but in the UK there are so
Many restrictions and inconsistencies.
I believe if a country allows people to immerse themselves and become familiar with their surrounding and wilderness they predominantly will care more for it!!!…… but maybe my ‘government’ don’t want people to care and use the land…. Land they overly develop or ‘must’ belong to them privately.
Wrong priorities.
Thank you for
